What is Ondasend?

Ondasend is a marketing app for Shopify stores that brings email, WhatsApp and SMS together in one place. You automate campaigns and journeys to grow sales and retain customers — built for the Latin American market, in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

How do I install the app?

Install Ondasend from the Shopify App Store in one click. Then connect your store, confirm your sending domain, and create your first campaign. See the steps in our quick-start guide.

Which channels does Ondasend offer (email, WhatsApp and SMS)?

All three. You create campaigns and automations over email, WhatsApp and SMS, picking the right channel for each message. WhatsApp and SMS sending respects each contact's opt-in (consent).

How do automations and cart recovery work?

Automations send messages on their own from store triggers — welcome, birthday, post-purchase and abandoned-cart recovery. When a customer abandons their cart, Ondasend automatically sends a sequence to bring them back, on the channel you choose.

How does segmentation work?

You build smart segments from behavior and purchase history — who bought in the last 30 days, VIP customers, or who opened your latest campaigns. That way each message reaches the right audience and converts more.

What are the plans and how does billing work?

Billing is handled securely through Shopify Billing: the plan price is shown for you to approve on install and added to your Shopify invoice, no separate card. There's a free trial, and WhatsApp and SMS credits are prepaid as you use them.

Are my data and my customers' data safe?

Yes. We process data only to operate the app, with encryption in transit and restricted access, in compliance with LGPD and GDPR. See the details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel?

Just uninstall Ondasend from your Shopify admin (Apps → Ondasend → Uninstall). Billing stops automatically and your store's data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
